Detox Diet

It is a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, which enables the cells of our body to return to work correctly. To make this diet, as well as follow the advice of your doctor is also important, as explained by the doctor interviewed by Nadia Toffa; always buy the fruit and vegetables in season, read labels, do not think of saving when it comes to power.

Buy extra virgin olive oil ( cold pressed) is a product of healthy and genuine, with many beneficial properties.

ALL OF THE DAYS.
Breakfast: 250 ml water (Sant’ Anna, Levissima, or the Holy Cross), warm
(keep on the fire for 20 seconds) with a squeezed lemon.
One yogurt is not creamy, four slices of toast with honey or a cup of cereal, three nuts or three bitter almonds, or a tablespoon of sunflower/sesame/Chia (chia seeds are derived from a plant species called Salvia hispanica).

Half an hour before dinner: 350 ml of water with the juice of a lemon, crudités of vegetables where there is always a stalk of celery, a little parsley, plus an apple.

Snack: seasonal fruit of your choice (2 to 3 fruits per day).

DIET TO DETOX FROM THE HEAVY METALS.

WEEKLY MENU TYPE.

Monday:
Lunch: a plate of cooked brown rice in the following manner: one part rice, 3 parts water and simmer for 40 minutes (alternatively, hold to the bathroom at night, as with legumes), and tomato, with vegetables or legumes.
Dinner: a portion of fish of your choice, a side of vegetables or vegetables of the season cooked, consume at least two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
(first cold pressing) raw.

Tuesday:
Lunch: a plate of buckwheat, barley , farro or Quinoa, seasoned with vegetables, tomato or butter (these cereals in grain are to be found easily even in the form of pasta).
Dinner: a portion of your choice of white meat (rabbit, chicken, turkey), one side dish of vegetables or vegetables of the season cooked, consume at least two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (first cold pressed) raw.

Wednesday:
Lunch: a plate of brown rice, cooked in the following manner: one part rice, three parts water, simmer for 40 minutes (alternatively, hold to the bathroom at night, as with legumes) and tomato, with vegetables or legumes.
Dinner: a portion of fish of your choice, a side of vegetables or vegetables of the season cooked, consume at least two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
(first cold pressing) raw.

Thursday:
Lunch: a plate of buckwheat, barley, spelt, flavoured with vegetables, tomato or butter
Dinner: a portion of your choice of fish, alternatively, a portion of white meat, a side dish of vegetables or vegetables of the season cooked, consume at least two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (first cold pressed) raw.

Friday:
lunch: a plate of buckwheat, barley or spelt and seasoned with vegetables.
Dinner: an omelette with two eggs and vegetables, a side of vegetables or vegetables of the season cooked in an alternative, a second fish of your choice, consume at least two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (first cold pressed) raw.

Saturday:
Lunch: a plate of cooked brown rice in the following manner: one part rice, three parts water, simmer for 40 minutes (alternatively, hold to the bathroom at night, as with legumes) with tomato sauce or with vegetables.
Dinner: free meal, consume at least two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (first cold pressed) raw.

Sunday:
Lunch: free meal
Dinner: 300 g of seasonal fruit.

Remember to reduce (at least that is not otherwise required);
milk and cheese, red meat, potatoes, bread, and derivatives of bread, sour fruit, fruit juices, carbonated drinks.
